Joomla! 3.6.5 is now available. This is a security release for the 3.x series of Joomla! which addresses three security vulnerabilities, miscellaneous security hardening and three bug fixes; no further changes have been made compared to the Joomla! 3.6.4 release. We strongly recommend that you update your sites.
After many requests from many Web357 subscribers, we decided to generate a unique download ID for all of your extensions. If you remember, you had one unique ID per subscription which means that if a subscription has expired should replace the ID at your extension parameters of each of your websites. This was a little crazy, but we've finally found an easy solution to have a unique download ID per subscriber.
As may of you asked about why the articles' links do not open inside the Monthly Archive we published the below cause.
First of all, let's see what Monthly Archive exactly does.
It provides a list of Joomla or K2 content divided into months and years. It is supplied with a lot of features and multiple parameters, improves user navigation and works as a search tool too. It is great for blogs, news portals, journalists, authors, speakers, and any other content based website.
Ok, let's see now what it doesn't.
It does not replace the core component of Joomla! (com_content) or K2, it only divides the content into months and years displayed with a title and a part of the full text of (intro text) and its image.
Hope the question has been clarified now because a lot of customers asked before.
Feel free to contact us anytime if you have similar questions or need any help with Monthly Archive component and module.
Joomla! 3.6.4 is now available. This is a security release for the 3.x series of Joomla! which addresses two critical security vulnerabilities and a bug fix for two-factor authentication. We strongly recommend that you update your sites immediately.
This release only contains the security fixes and bug fix; no other changes have been made compared to the Joomla! 3.6.3 release.
